I saw this story rec'd on Twitter. Lately that is where I am getting my fic recs from. Do not let the name of the fic fool you, this is NOT about a boxing Bella. NOPE in this fic the 'million dollar part' refers to what was paid for her services.


NOW I want to warn you this is not a fic for everyone.

This fic deals with sexual slavery

Let me try to explain further WHY I am recommending it:
First off, Bella WILLINGLY sells herself and her virginity to the highest bidder. She does this because her mother is dying and they do not have the money to pay for the medical care for her. The deal she makes is 5yrs of her life where she will live as a slave to whoever buys her. Enter Edward. YUP, you guessed it, he buys her.


I think the neatest thing about this fic is how, when you hear that Bella sold herself, you assume she has lost control of her life. I like the little ways that she is in control of things. Also she has no idea the power she has over Edward and he has no idea the power he has over her.


Sure there is the hot physical stuff but you KNOW that these two are fighting real emotions. She keeps things from him like the ability to call her 'Bella'. It is her way of distancing herself from him.


Of course she is physically attracted to him but she does not want to fall for him because, who would? A man that would buy a woman for his own pleasure surely cannot be a good man.

What was it that gave you the 'spark' for your story?   Was it a picture? A moment or event? Can you remember the initial inspiration?

Crystal: I absolutely can. The 'spark' came from the movie "Taken". It was at the point where Bryan Mills' daughter, Kim, was being put up on the auction block at the end. As disgusting as it probably should've been for me, I couldn't help but imagine what it would be like to be in that situation voluntarily. Being a fanfiction writer, the ideas began to a'flowin'.
It was a long time ago, like when the movie first came out. I've had it simmering on the back burner since then.


Sue: OHHHHH never saw the movie but I love the premise of the story(after this interview I did actually watch the movie with hubs REALLY good movie Liam is amazing)


 Crystal: Then, I was looking for something to play around with while working on my manuscript, so I pulled it out of my bag o' tricks. The movie is awesome. Highly recommend it.

Do you have a particular process when it comes to your writing, perhaps a certain mood, environment or music? Do you have any ‘triggers’ to get you in the writing mood?


Crystal: I don't have any triggers that I know of. I don't even do an outline. I sit down at the computer and start writing from the first flicker of the idea. After that, I let the story take me where it goes. This one is not at all pre-planned. It was just supposed to be a smut outlet; something to get me through the writer's block on the manuscript, while letting the inner whore out to frolick in all that is Edward motherfucking Cullen.


Sue: OH MY I love that inner whore for wanting to come out to play with Edward Motherfuckin cullen!


Give us an elevator pitch. Say you’re in an elevator with a prospective reader for 2 minutes – what would you tell them about the story?
(just so you know I at this time was tweeting porn while doing the interview sadly I do not know WHICH picture she was referring to )


Crystal : ROFLMAO. OMG...the cock pic you just posted....that right there...MDB Edward! WoW! Hard question...let me see...

Sue: LOL I have several Cock pics I am working my way up to those LOL I have A LOT of porn. I started collecting porn as inspiration for when writers have writers block and also scenes from fics I have read.


Crystal: Bella's mother has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. With no health insurance, no money and no promise of life, Bella is desperate. So, she makes the ultimate sacrifice; she sells herself to the highest bidder, giving up five years of her life, in hopes that her mother can live the rest of her own. When Edward Cullen purchases her, she finds that she's "bitten off" more than she can chew...hehehehehe! Now I know who to cum to when I need the inspiration ;0)

Do you picture particular actors for your characters, or are they someone else entirely? If so, who?


Crystal: Jesus! You're killing me with the pics, woman! Maybe we should just stare at those all night instead, LMAO

Crystal: I pretty much see the same actors for MDB as what you see in the Twilight Saga. The only exception, of course, is Gabe. If he were to be cast, it would have to be Lance Bass. Or at least that's the closest I can get to the picture of him in my head. However, I will admit that my Edward differs from RPatz a bit. My Edward isn't as lanky. He's more built and not at all as pale. If I could cross RPatz and Jensen Ackles, darken the hair a bit (none of that bronziness), then you'd have the Edward I picture.

Is the story all planned out or do you do it as a fly by the seat of your pants thing?


Crystal: Totally fly by the seat of my pants. Okay, so I have a few choice scenes in my head that I was dying to write. The bacon scene in the last chapter was one of those. And there was ALMOST a little two on one scene in an earlier chapter, but my readers weren't ready for that yet, at least, not for these characters. There's one coming up in the next couple of chapters that I'm just salivating over in my own mind. Hope the readers like it. Defs that first one that I said was MDB Edward... so fucking fitting Oops...hope you don't mind the language. You can just bleep my shit out if you do...LMAO

 Have you got any other projects going on? Any planned for the future?



Crystal: Most of my readers know that I'm working on an original manuscript. It's done *wipes sweat from brow* and the pre-readers approve it in a major way. It's about to go to two other pre-readers who have never seen it before. Once I get their approval, I'll start the hard part....Sooooo not looking forward to writing the query letter. Fiction, I can do...Talk about myself, not so much so. I just hope that I don't get too discouraged from the torrent of rejection letters that are sure to come my way.
As far as fanfiction... I have some ideas. Just not sure if they will be fanfiction, or another manuscript.

What was it that brought you to Twilight fanfic?  What is it that has kept you here (besides your own writing)


Crystal: Well hell, I suppose the same thing that brought everyone else here; I wanted MORE. I read the books too many damn times to count, and there was a void, something missing. Where was the fucking sex!!?? I felt jipped in a major way. So, I went searching for more. And, tada! I sure as hell found it in fanfiction. These gals were feeding my pervy hunger for a nekked Edward drilling his hard cock into a tight, wet pussy. *sigh*....It fucking did things to me. And I'm insatiable, so I keep cumming back for more.

Do you have a background in writing?


Crystal: None. At all.


How about your creative self-confidence?  By nature writers tend to be a notoriously insecure lot so how are you finding the online writing experience?


Crystal: It's scary as hell. I'm so nervous right before and after each post. I so don't want to disappoint anyone. Then, I'm biting nails as the reviews come in. Here's the thing... 99.9% of my reviews can be positive, but that one negative review can send me in a downward spiral of self-doubt. It shouldn't, but it does. Everyone says it, and I fully believe it for myself... I'm my own worst critic. I would fall right in line with the whole insecure thingy. Definitely. But, I'm having fun with it, and as long as my readers are reading... I'm gonna' write. It's what I love to do.

Do you tell your friends and family that you’re an online author with a devoted following, or is this something that you tend to keep for yourself?


Crystal: ROFLMAO....I think my friends and family wish I would shut up about it. I just want to talk about it. I know I'm writing the damn thing, but I don't really see it that way; as being mine. I want to talk about the story as a reader, not the writer. Just like I would with any other fic that I'm reading.




Is there a particular character in your story that you identify with the most?


Crystal: Okay, confession time....the little hot, sexy times? Fantasies of mine. Although I've never been a sex slave, I sure wouldn't mind being one. Just the thought of being dominated by a strong, feral...sex god...ungh! So I guess you could say I identify most with Double Agent Coochie...LOL

Which RL author(s) inspires you?

Crystal: RL authors...When I was a teen, I loved the smut books. Period romances especially, but I couldn't tell you any of their names or even the names of the books. I stopped reading and only recently started back up. The Twilight Saga was the first I'd read in a long ass time. Since then, I've been reading more. I really love J.R. Ward! She gets my inner vibrator hummin'.


Did any FF authors inspire you?   What was it that had you reading FF and thinking “I could do this”?


Crystal: My all-time favorite FF author is WinndSinger. Need I say more? However, it was after I'd already started writing that I came across The Red Line. The first fic I read was Making Love Out of Nothing At All by ashel13. It's hilarious! And seeing the character AH and OOC, got me thinking. I was constantly like, "What if they did this?" or "I wish someone would write a fic about that"...My neice was writing a Jacob FF and I asked her to write about the whole gang going to Paris for the summer. She came over and started it, but I was sitting right there, reading along with her and making her change everything because I wanted it to be like I saw it in my head. Needless to say, she practically threw her laptop at me and told me to write it my damn self, so I did. I think my writing has greatly improved since then. When I look back at fics I wrote before, particularly my first, Paris Stars Are Blind, I cringe, shake my head and think, "Aw, bless my heart..."

What advice would you give to an aspiring fanfic writer?


Crystal: Just fucking do it. BUT, be able to take criticism. While we should all be giving CONSTRUCTIVE criticsm, that's not always the case. So, take it with a grain of salt, and always find ways to improve.


Give us a Random Fact about yourself?


Crystal: Hmm...I did a tour in the US Navy. That probably explains my brashness and filthy, filthy mouth...LMAO.

 If you could have 15 minutes with any Edward FF or SMs which one would you choose and what would you do? If you do not LIKE any of the Edwards feel to substitute an actor here. Rob, Kellan, PFach or Jackson or my personal favorite Colin.*SIGH*(taking a moment to contemplate Colin) any actor at all really

Crystal: I'm a big time KLutz fan, but I think I'm going to have to go with my own MDB Edward. I can do that, right? Shameless? Of course, but oh so true.

What is your FanFic Pet peeve?


Crystal: Jeez, I hope I don't piss people off. Fics that are written mechanically. When I read something, I need it to flow smoothly. Sometimes people are so worried about being grammatically correct that it seems forced. Do you know what I mean? Especially when quoting what a person is saying.


Sue: I do get what you mean I do not want teens to speak in a gramatical way they dont do that IRL


Crystal : YES


What is your Fandom Pet peeve?


Crystal: Fandom peeve...Authors who get a big head when they become popular and then forget how the fuck they got there in the first place. 'Nuff said.
