Find That Fic

I'm back from vacation with a new Find That Fic quest this week:

Dear SYTYCW,

I followed a fic for a while but I cannot remember its title nor its author. I think it was completed a couple of months ago... If it isn't complete, it is very, very near to completion.

This is what I remember of it:

Edward and Tanya are married, living in England and they have 1 or 2 children. 

Tanya is sick, very sick. At the start of the story, Edward is reporting her missing.

Bella is an American writer and Edward comes across one of her books. Something in it resonates with him and they become friends.

Later, Tanya asks Bella to look after her family after her death, but Edward kills the budding relationship when he says he does not want children with Bella.

She returns to the US and later sends a poem for Tanya's funeral.

The Cullens (or the Masens?) also have a property in Spain, where Bella stays with them during Tanya's illness.

That's it! I hope this will jog someone's memory.
